Job summary

Ocado Logistics is seeking an experienced LGV Instructor for a full-time role on a 4-day week. You will train and mentor LGV drivers both in the classroom and on the road, ensuring safety and upskilling across sites in Erith, Purfleet or Luton with travel to other sites.

Responsibilities include delivering inductions, CPC courses and driver assessments while maintaining compliance and coaching best practices to build confidence in drivers every day.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years LGV Class 1 experience.
• Desirable NRI/NVDIR qualification; support to become fully qualified.
• Full Clean Driving Licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and on-road training to LGV drivers.
• Develop driver upskilling and assess on-road performance.
• Maintain safety and compliance training records.
• Lead inductions and CPC courses.
