Job summary

STEF Langdons Ltd delivers chilled and frozen food to almost any location across the UK and Ireland within 24 hours, supported by 12 depots and a fleet of over 500 vehicles.

As an LGV Driver, you’ll play an important role in keeping our operation moving. You’ll make deliveries and collections, visiting different customers and locations throughout your day, driving safely and completing vehicle checks. You’ll be responsible for loading/unloading, temperature checks and accurate delivery paperwork.

Qualifications

• Valid LGV Cat C+E licence.
• In-date Driver CPC and Tachograph Card.
• Good knowledge of driver, food safety, and health & safety regulations.
• Good communication, organisation and time-management skills.
• A flexible, reliable approach and a commitment to safe working.

Responsibilities

• Deliveries and collections to various customers and locations.
• Drive safely, complete vehicle checks, load/unload and carry out temperature checks.
• Ensure delivery paperwork is accurate and complete, representing STEF Langdons professionally.
