Job summary

Booker is seeking a LGV Class 2 driver to operate within the UK-based flexible multi-temp delivery network. You will be responsible for delivering to various outlets, completing required paperwork, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

The role involves manual handling, multi-drop deliveries, and potential overtime. A full driving licence and CPC are essential, with a shift pattern of 48 hours per week, including weekends and public holidays where required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LGV Class 2 driving licence.
• Valid CPC card required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers on time and in full as per the delivery schedule
• Complete delivery documentation such as delivery notes, credits and collections
• Adhere to Driving Legislation and Working Time Regulations
• Follow Health and Safety procedures and be responsible for own and others’ Health and Safety
• Comply with Food safety Legislation and Chill Chain Standards
• Ensure LGV is maintained and safe (safety checks, defect book)
• Collect all empty equipment from customers
• Cooperate with Shift Management and undertake other duties as directed
