Job summary

Booker Group is seeking an LGV 2 driver to join its Best Food Logistics network in the UK. You will play a key role in delivering to a variety of outlets, maintaining the vehicle, and handling documentation. The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and customer-facing professionalism.

Working hours are 48 hours per week, with potential overtime and weekend work. Successful candidates will hold a valid LGV Class 2 licence and CPC card and be prepared for early starts and multi-drop

Qualifications

• Hold a valid LGV 2 driving licence and CPC card.
• Comfortable with manual handling and multi-drop deliveries.
• Willing to work weekends and unusual hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products on time and in full to customers across the UK.
• Complete delivery documentation and cash/credit notes as required.
• Comply with Driving Legislation, Working Time Regulations and health & safety rules.
• Maintain the LVG vehicle and perform basic safety checks.
• Collect empty equipment and liaise with shift management.
