Job summary

Booker Group, operating as Best Food Logistics, is seeking a driver for a permanent, full-time role based at Salmon Fields Royton. The job involves 48 hours per week with potential overtime and occasional Saturdays/public holidays.

You will drive a multi-drop LGV route, load/unload, and maintain documentation with a focus on safety and customer service. The role requires an LGV Class 2 licence and a valid CPC card.

• Must hold LGV Class 2 driving licence
• Must hold a valid CPC card

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers on time and in full
• Complete delivery documentation (delivery notes, credits, collections)
• Adhere to Driving Legislation and Working Time Regulations
• Follow Health and Safety procedures for you and others
• Ensure compliance with Food safety and Chill Chain standards
• Maintain LGV and perform safety checks and defect book
• Collect empty equipment from customers
• Support Shift Management with duties as directed
