Grundon Waste Management Ltd is seeking a driven driver for our Colnbrook depot. You will develop driving skills across a range of waste collection vehicles while upholding safety, quality, and customer service standards.

The role reports to the Depot Operations Manager and offers training and career progression in a values‑driven environment. You will perform daily vehicle checks, maintain records, and adapt to varying shifts including occasional Saturdays.

Qualificações

• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Valid LGV Class 2 (C) licence with DQC and tachograph card.
• Class 1 (C+E) would be advantageous.
• Experience with waste collection vehicles is beneficial; training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Follow tachograph rules, Working Time Directive, and SOPs/H&S requirements.
• Report incidents, near misses, and non-conforming waste with proper tickets.
• Maintain vehicle condition, cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Provide excellent service to colleagues and customers with strong timekeeping.
• Be flexible for overtime to meet depot needs.
