Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is recruiting for LGV C Class 2 drivers in Hatfield to support busy distribution operations delivering to stores and distribution centres. AM and PM shifts with weekend work, full training provided, and on-site driving assessments will be required.

You'll perform vehicle checks, complete delivery paperwork and manage 1–4 drops per day depending on location, with shifts starting as early as 04:00 and finishing by midnight.

Qualifications

• Valid LGV C (Class 2) licence.
• Minimum 3 months HGV driving experience.
• Reliable and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver caged goods to stores or distribution centres.
• Ensure load safety and perform vehicle/trailer checks.
• Complete delivery paperwork from client to store.
• Make 1–4 drops per day depending on location.

Job description

Our well established client, based inHatfield, requires Category C (HGV Class 2Drivers) to help its busy operational distribution to stores. AM and PM shiftsand weekend work available on set shift patterns. Full training provided and written and driving assessment would need to be taken on site. Minimum HGVdriving experience required 3months.

LGV C CLASS 2 DRIVER Main duties will include:

• Deliveryof caged goods to Stores or Distribution Centres
• Making sure your load is safe and all vehicle and trailer checks are completed
• Completionofall delivery paperwork from client to store
• Between 1-4 drops per day depending on location

LGV C CLASS 2 DRIVER Shifts:

• Various PM shifts start times between 13:00 to midnight
• Various AM shifts start times between 04:00am and 12:00pm
• Shift patterns - Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday

LGV C CLASS 2 DRIVER Pay Rates:

• Monday to Sunday AM Days shift - PAYE Pay Rate £20.95per hour
• AM Overtime after 8 hours per day £31.42 per hour
• Monday to SundayPM Days shift - PAYE Pay Rate £22.50per hour
• PM Overtime after 8 hours per day £33.75 per hour
