Biffa Waste Services is seeking an LGV Driver for a PM shift, performing outdoor trade waste collections across a single-person crew. Start/finish times are 15:00 to 00:30, Monday to Friday with overtime available.

You’ll operate various large vehicles and contribute to keeping local environments clean and communities safe. The role emphasizes initiative and customer service as you service trade waste customers, with on-the-job training and access to Biffa perks.

Qualifikationen

• Valid LGV/HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC / Driver Qualification Card.
• Good understanding of road safety and vehicle safety.
• Ability to complete daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Good knowledge of drivers' hours and tachograph requirements.
• Ability to safely manoeuvre and operate a large rigid vehicle.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Good awareness of health & safety procedures.

LGV Driver - PM Shift Trade waste

Monday - Friday (overtime available)

Start/Finish times: 15.00 to 00.30

£16.87p/h + Back Shift Allowance

Working as part of a single person crew, you will drive various modes of LGV vehicles including front and back loaders, collecting and emptying bins, from our trade waste customers.
