Job summary

Biffa Group is seeking an LGV Driver for the AM shift. You will drive LGV vehicles (front and back loaders) to collect and empty bins from trade waste customers. The role is conducted as a single-person crew, outdoors, with shift times from 04:00 to 13:30 and overtime available.

Includes on-the-job training and employee perks such as high street discounts, PPE, and diverse family-friendly policies. Valid UK Cat C licence, CPC, and tachograph required where applicable.

Qualifications

• UK Category C (Class 2) driving licence.
• CPC and Digital Tachograph Card, where required for the role.
• Good understanding of road safety and drivers' hours regulations.
• Commitment to safe working practices and vehicle checks.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Previous commercial driving experience is desirable, but not essential, depending on the role.

LGV Driver - AM SHIFT

Monday - Friday (overtime available)

£16.87p/h

Start/Finish Times: 04.00 to 13.30

Working as part of a single person crew, you will drive various modes of LGV vehicles including front and back loaders, collecting and emptying bins, from our trade waste customers.
