Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Leveraged Loans Transaction Management Specialist in the Credit Products Delivery team. The role focuses on reviewing and negotiating loan documentation for leveraged loan products and managing end-to-end transactions for corporate clients.

You will collaborate with client coverage teams, Risk partners, and internal/external legal counsel to ensure timely closures and compliance with controls across global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of loan documentation, particularly LMA Syndicated Facilities and sponsor precedent terms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class management of loan documentation negotiations as part of the transaction execution process for credit facilities and related legal documents for corporate clients, including deal-closing oversight.
