J.P. Morgan is seeking a Loans Transaction Management Specialist within the Credit Products Delivery team. You will serve as a middle office partner handling negotiation and review of facility documentation and end-to-end loan transactions for corporate clients.

Collaborate with client coverage teams, external counsel, and facility agents. You will work to deliver best-in-class documentation and support for bilateral and syndicated facilities, maintaining strong controls and timely resolutions

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of loan documentation and lending products.
• Understanding of Investment Grade and Non-Investment Grade facilities.
• Strong transaction management and banking process knowledge.
• Excellent coordination and control mindset.
• Ability to manage relationships with Front Office, Credit and counsel.

Responsabilités

• Deliver loan documentation execution for corporate facilities and closing oversight.
• Review and negotiate facility documentation with clients or counsel.
• Liaise with internal/external counsel on documentation.
• Coordinate stakeholders to resolve issues and deviations.
• Contribute to team projects and initiatives.
