Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in London seeks a Loans Transaction Management Specialist to act as a middle office partner for corporate and investment banking clients.

You will negotiate and review facility documentation, manage end-to-end loan transactions, and collaborate with client coverage teams, external counsel, and facility agents. Responsibilities include overseeing closing, negotiating with counsel, and maintaining strong controls and timelines across bilateral and syndicated facilities.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of loan documentation requirements.
• Solid understanding of Investment Grade & Non-Investment Grade lending agreements.
• Experience in bilateral and syndicated loan facilities and related workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under pressure.
• Excellent coordination, prioritization, and delivery under tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to manage internal and external relationships and communications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver loan documentation execution for credit facilities and related legal docs, overseeing closing.
• Interface with Front Office, Credit, and clients’ counsel to review and negotiate facility docs.
• Liaise with internal and external counsel on documentation reviews and approvals.
• Propose solutions across stakeholders, ensuring timely involvement for resolutions.
• Manage internal controls, reporting, and escalation during transaction execution.
• Contribute to team projects and initiatives to improve processes.
