A leading US law firm is seeking a talented Leverage Finance Associate (3-7 PQE) to join its expanding London team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, high-profile transactions within a market-leading finance practice.

The Role

• Advise on leveraged and acquisition finance transactions, acting for private equity sponsors, investment funds, and major financial institutions.
• Work across secured and unsecured credit facilities, high-yield financings, mezzanine lending, and restructuring mandates.
• Collaborate with top-ranked teams across M&A, Capital Markets, Restructuring, and Funds, ensuring seamless deal execution on sophisticated cross-border transactions.

The Candidate

• 3-7 PQE Finance Associate with experience in leveraged finance, debt finance, or structured finance.
• England & Wales qualified (or common law equivalent) with a background from a top-tier US or Magic Circle firm.
• Strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to handle complex financing structures.
• A proactive and ambitious mindset, looking to thrive in a high-growth US platform.
