Position Overview

As a Leveraged Finance Associate, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on a wide range of leveraged finance transactions, focusing on representing lenders and sponsors. You will be responsible for documenting and negotiating various leveraged finance debt facilities, ensuring timely and efficient completion of transactions.
