Our client, a top-tier US law firm, is seeking a 2-6 PQE Leveraged Finance Associate to join their high-performing, cohesive banking team. Position Overview
As a Leveraged Finance Associate, you will play a key role in advising banks, financial institutions, debt funds, alternative lenders and private equity sponsors on complex, cross-border financing structures. You will be responsible for documenting and negotiating a range of leveraged finance debt facilities, working closely with senior lawyers and partners to deliver exceptional service to clients.
