Job summary

Mizuho International plc. in London seeks an Analyst for the Origination Team within Sponsor Coverage & Leveraged Finance. You will support credit screening, coordinate transaction execution, and help identify deal ideas while collaborating with capital markets during syndication.

Qualifications

• Coordinate back-office processes around transaction execution and funding.
• Prepare presentations/pitch books for client calls and meetings.
• Support origination efforts by monitoring deal pipeline and market activity.
• Collaborate with capital markets during syndication and bookrunner steps.
