Job summary

The role involves working with teachers and senior leaders to deliver high‑quality support across year groups, assisting with interventions, monitoring progress, and promoting a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• A recognised Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Experience working within a school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supporting children with additional needs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of engaging learning activities.
• Deliver targeted interventions to individuals and small groups.
• Assist in monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teaching staff.
• Support pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN.
• Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Provide classroom cover when required and support the wider school team.
