Job summary

WTW in Ipswich is offering a 24-month Corporate Risk & Broking Apprenticeship programme. You will study Level 4 Insurance Professional Apprenticeship and CII Diploma while gaining client-facing experience and building relationships with colleagues.

The role supports a wide range of client projects, with a hybrid work model and six hours per week study, plus milestones; closing date 20 October 2026.

Qualifications

• 3 A-Levels, plus GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above (or equivalent)
• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with colleagues and clients
• Detail and client focused
• Able to work with and analyse data
• Motivated, organised and ready to make a real contribution from day one
• Computer literate, ideally with some understanding of MS Word, Excel and AI tools such as co-pilot

Responsibilities

• Build your skills through both on-the-job and structured training
• Be supported to study for your Level 4 Insurance Professional Apprenticeship, whilst gaining the highly valued Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Diploma in Insurance
• Build relationships with clients as well as colleagues
• Support and contribute to a wide variety of complex client projects
• Play your part in delivering exceptional service to our clients
• Engage in a bespoke and varied learning journey to gain broader understanding about our business and develop key skills for success
