Job summary

WTW is recruiting for a 24-month Corporate Risk & Broking Apprenticeship in GB Retail. You’ll learn from industry experts, work on client projects, and study for a Level 4 Insurance Professional Apprenticeship with the CII Diploma while gaining practical experience. The role supports hybrid working with office and home-based days.

Successful applicants will be motivated, organised and able to analyse data, joining a diverse, inclusive team at WTW. Closing date 20 October 2026.

Qualifications

• 3 A-Levels plus GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with colleagues and clients; detail and client focused.
• Computer literate; familiarity with MS Word, Excel and AI tools such as Co-pilot.

Responsibilities

• Learn from market experts while building skills on-the-job.
• Study for Level 4 Insurance Professional Apprenticeship and CII Diploma.
• Build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Support and contribute to a wide variety of complex client projects and deliver excellent service.
• Engage in a bespoke learning journey to develop key skills for success.
