Job summary

WTW in Ipswich is offering a 24-month Corporate Risk & Broking Apprenticeship programme. You will study Level 4 Insurance Professional Apprenticeship and CII Diploma while gaining client-facing experience and building relationships with colleagues.

The role supports a wide range of client projects, with a hybrid work model and six hours per week study, plus milestones; closing date 20 October 2026.

Qualifications

• 3 A-Levels, plus GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above (or equivalent)
• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Over the course of 24 months, alongside the responsibilities of your role, you will also complete a programme of study which will be a combination of assignments, coursework and exams. Whilst WTW and the selected government approved training provider, will equip you with all of the materials required, six hours per week to focus on your studies, and the support of a tutor, you will need to ensure that you are meeting all key milestones set out at the beginning of your apprenticeship and achieving the standards required, both academically and in your role. Further information on the apprenticeship will be provided post offer; however, we encourage you to research the requirements of the apprenticeship standard in advance of your interview.
