Qualifications

• Three A-Levels plus GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to work with and analyse data.
• Detail-oriented and client focused.
• Motivated, organised and proactive from day one.
• Computer literate with MS Word, Excel and AI tools such as Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 24-month apprenticeship with structured training.
• Study for Level 4 Insurance Professional Apprenticeship and the CII Diploma.
• Build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Support a wide variety of client projects.
• Deliver exceptional service to clients.
