Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD is seeking a practical Vehicle Technician to join a well-established Nottingham area workshop. You will perform routine servicing, safety inspections, and robust diagnostic fault isolation, maintaining high standards of mechanical maintenance across a diverse range of customer vehicles.

The role requires NVQ/IMI Level 3 or equivalent time-served experience, with a strong hands-on skillset and a full UK driving license.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or time-served garage background.
• Time-served experience with strong confidence in heavy mechanical work and diagnostic troubleshooting.
• DVSA MOT Tester Smart Card is advantageous but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence and own hand tools.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 basic per annum (DOE) + team performance incentive
• Hours: Monday to Friday schedule + Saturdays operated on a fair team rota basis

Role Overview
