BEYOND EDUCATION RECRUITMENT LTD is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for the Toddler Room in Westerham. The role is 40 hours per week with a starting salary of £14.25 per hour (£29,640 per annum for a 40-hour week).

Level 2 candidates willing to train for Level 3 are also considered with a starting rate of £11–£13 per hour depending on age and experience. The successful applicant will provide high-quality care and education to children aged 2–3, support development, follow EYFS guidelines,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 2–3 years.
• Support children's learning and development through engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Build positive and trusting relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress in line with the EYFS.
• Work effectively as part of a supportive nursery team.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies and procedures.
• Contribute to planning and delivering activities that encourage children's development and independence.
• Maintain professional standards and undertake required training and CPD.
