You'll Need:

A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent

Experience working in a school environment, supporting pupils of varying abilities

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to support pupils both academically and socially

A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach

Experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)

Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or National Curriculum

Training in behaviour management or safeguarding
