Job summary

Justteachers Ltd is recruiting a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in South Warwickshire from September 2026. This full-time role focuses on assisting teachers and supporting pupils across the primary curriculum.

Your work will include targeted interventions, resource preparation, and fostering an inclusive, safe learning environment; prior primary school experience is valued. DBS on update service is required or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Enhanced DBS on update service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Experience working in a primary school setting for at least 6 months.
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Experience supporting children with additional needs (SEN) is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.

About the role:

Justteachers are recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in South Warwickshire from September 2026. This is a full-time role, ideal for someone passionate about supporting young learners and making a positive impact in the classroom.

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons across the primary curriculum. You will provide both general classroom support and targeted intervention, helping pupils to achieve their full potential academically and socially.
