Job summary

Monarch Education is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant in West Bromwich to support pupils in primary and SEN settings across Sandwell. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities within supportive school environments where you can contribute to pupils’ learning and development.

The ideal candidate will have Level 3 TA qualifications (or equivalent), prior experience in a school setting, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working within a school setting.
• Experience supporting SEN pupils is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support students in the classroom on a one-to-one and small group basis
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Support pupils with additional learning needs where required
• Encourage positive behaviour and participation
• Help create an inclusive learning environment that enables all pupils to achieve their potential
