Job summary

Monarch Education is recruiting a Level 3 Teaching Assistant for Sandwell, West Bromwich. The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities across primary and SEN settings.

You will support students in the classroom, assist teachers with lessons, and help create an inclusive environment enabling all pupils to achieve their potential. Salary £93–£110.24 per day, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant with school experience considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Positive, proactive and adaptable approach.
• Experience supporting SEN pupils is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support students in the classroom on a one-to-one and small group basis.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Support pupils with additional learning needs where required.
• Encourage positive behaviour and participation.
• Create an inclusive learning environment to help pupils achieve their potential.
