Connex Education in Bridgwater is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant (Primary) to support learning across a range of local primary schools. The position offers flexible day-to-day supply work, longer-term placements, or roles that fit around your availability.

You will work with class teachers to support pupils, deliver one-to-one and small group support, and help sustain a positive, inclusive classroom environment. Passion for children's development and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Hold Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience.
• Experience supporting children in a primary school setting is beneficial.
