Job summary

Thomas Ashton School is seeking passionate, resilient practitioners to join our team for Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 provisions. Roles require a relational, trauma-informed approach and offer opportunities to support pupils at different educational stages.

Salary on NJC scale points 12-17: £29,542 – £32,046 per annum (full-time). SEN Allowance £1,590 per annum. Hours: 32 hours 30 minutes per week (TTO) plus 5 days (195 days). Location: England, UK.

We currently have opportunities within both our Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 provisions. Whilst both roles require a relational, trauma-informed approach, they offer distinct opportunities to support pupils at different stages of their educational journey.
