Are you a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant looking to make a difference in a vibrant, inclusive primary school? We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our committed team from September 2025.
This is a full-time position supporting learning across all key stages within a mainstream primary setting. As a Level 3 TA, you'll work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver high-quality support to individuals and groups of pupils. You may also be asked to lead learning activities independently and support children with additional needs.
Provide classroom support to ensure effective teaching and learning
Assist in planning and delivering tailored interventions
Support the emotional and social development of pupils
Work with pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis, as required
Contribute to the preparation of learning materials and classroom displays
Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teachers
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Previous experience working in a primary school setting
Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
