Qualifications

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant role in primary education.
• Experience in SEND advantageous but transferable from mainstream.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher in delivering a high quality educational experience.
• Assist with preparation of learning materials and resources to meet diverse pupil needs.
• Contribute to the assessment of pupils through monitoring, recording and reporting.
• Provide support to pupils in their personal, social and emotional development.
• Maintain positive ethos and core values of the school.
• Contribute to constructive team building amongst teaching staff, non-teaching staff, parents and carers.
