Job summary

Caldmore Primary Academy is inviting applications for four Fixed Term Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work in our Early Years class. You will support pupils to access learning, promote independence and inclusion, and contribute to a positive, nurturing environment.

The role requires GCSEs including English and Maths, and an NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent, with First Aid training or willingness to undertake.

Caldmore Primary Academy are looking for 4 Fixed Term Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work with class teachers in our Early Years class to raise the learning and attainment of pupils. This role will involve promoting pupils’ independence, self-esteem and social inclusion and give support to pupils, individually or in groups, so that they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement. We are looking for an individual who strives to share their passion for education with our students and join our dedicated team to uphold the Academy’s vision and values.

The successful candidate will hold GCSE level (to include English and Maths grade C/4 +), and an NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent. First aid training or willingness to undertake is essential. The ideal candidate will join an academy which is dynamic and inspiring, creating a culture of outstanding success amongst our students.
