St Lawrence Church of England Primary School in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team. The role runs 32.5 hours per week over 39 weeks per year, with hours 8:30am to 3:30pm, to provide high quality pupil support under the supervision of the class teacher and SENDCo.

We are looking for an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team, working 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year with the working hours required being 8.30am - 3.30pm. To be successful in this role, you will ideally:

Have experience of working as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, or working towards the qualification

Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people

Be enthusiastic, ambitious and serious about improving children’s life chances through education

Be highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload

Be able work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils

Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and has the ability to use their initiative

Be able to work flexibly and professionally
