Tradewind Recruitment LTD. are seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant for a long-term, full-time role in a welcoming Wellingborough primary school. Immediate start available, with a daily rate up to £105 depending on experience.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Education or Childcare and will support pupils across year groups, delivering targeted interventions and promoting positive behaviour in a collaborative team.

About You

• Deliver targeted interventions with individuals or small groups
• Adapt activities and learning resources to meet individual pupil needs
• Support pupils with additional learning needs where required
• Promote positive behaviour through consistent and encouraging strategies
• Build strong and positive relationships with pupils
• Be patient, enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to supporting children's development
