Tradewind Recruitment LTD. are currently recruiting a Level 3 Teaching Assistant for a welcoming primary school in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. Immediate start, long-term, full-time role with a daily rate up to £105 depending on experience.

You will support learning across year groups, deliver targeted interventions, and work closely with the class teacher to help pupils develop academically and socially in a positive, inclusive environment.

Competenze

• Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Education or Childcare or equivalent.
• Experience supporting children within a primary school or similar setting.
• Ability to provide effective classroom support across subjects and year groups.

About You - Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Wellingborough

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience supporting children within a primary school or similar educational setting
• Provide effective classroom support across different subjects and year groups
• Work confidently alongside the class teacher and wider support team
• Deliver targeted interventions with individuals or small groups
• Adapt activities and learning resources to meet individual pupil needs
• Support pupils with additional learning needs where required
• Promote positive behaviour through consistent and encouraging strategies
• Build strong and positive relationships with pupils
• Be patient, enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to supporting children's development
