Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is recruiting a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work in a primary school in the Tameside area. Start date is 16th November, with a maternity cover lasting until the end of July.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 TA qualification and have previous SEND experience. You will support children's learning with a nurturing, patient and inclusive approach, working closely with teachers and support staff.

Qualifications

• Has Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Has previous experience supporting children with SEND.
• Is passionate about supporting children's learning, development and individual needs.
• Can provide nurturing, patient and inclusive support.
• Is confident working alongside teachers and other support staff.
• Has a positive, flexible and proactive approach.
• Previous SEND experience is essential.

• Assist with classroom activities under the supervision of teachers.
• Support SEND pupils to access learning and participate in activities.
• Provide nurturing and inclusive support to all learners.
