Are you a dedicated and qualified Teaching Assistant looking to secure a long-term, full-time role starting in September 2025? We are currently working in partnership with a welcoming 2-form entry Primary School in Smethwick to recruit a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support pupils across the school.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position running from September 2025 until July 2026. You will be working within a supportive team in an inclusive and diverse school environment, supporting teaching and learning both in the classroom and through targeted interventions.
Key Requirements:
A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or a Childcare-related qualification.
Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:15am 3:45pm.
Recent experience in a school setting, ideally with SEND and/or SEMH pupils (preferred but not essential).
Able to provide two recent, professional references from UK-based employers.
A current enhanced DBS certificate (issued within the last 12 months) or willingness to obtain one.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
Experience supporting small groups and/or delivering targeted interventions is a bonus.
