Job summary

Oasis Academy Blakenhale Infants is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join the EYFS team and help shape a brand-new two-year-old provision. You will work closely with families to ensure every child is valued, supported and challenged to reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years is required.
• Experience supporting very young children in a setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning experiences for two-year-olds.
• Support children's personal, social, emotional, and educational development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and carers.
• Observe, assess, and track children's progress.
• Promote safeguarding, welfare, and inclusive practice.
• Work as part of a dedicated Early Years team.
