Job summary

Academics in Gravesend is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support pupils across KS1 and KS2. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, with an immediate start. The ideal candidate will have experience with children, be confident managing challenging behaviour, and have SEN experience.

A current DBS is required or applicants must apply for a new one; a driving licence is preferred. Salary will be determined by qualifications and relevant experience in line with the

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across KS1 and KS2.
• Assist class teacher with daily activities and supervision.
• Contribute to managing challenging behaviour in the classroom.
• Assist with SEN pupils and individual needs as appropriate.
• Ensure DBS clearance is up to date or apply for a new DBS if required.

Level 3 Teaching Assistant

We are currently looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a school in Gravesend, with an immediate start available.

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm. You will be supporting pupils across both KS1 and KS2, so being comfortable working with different age groups is important.

The school is looking for someone who has previous experience working with children and is confident managing challenging behaviour. Experience working with children with SEN would be an advantage.

You will need to have a current DBS or be willing to apply for a new one. A driving licence would also be preferred.
