Responsibilities

• Delivering targeted wellbeing interventions to support emotional literacy and resilience.

• Tracking and analysing pupil data with the ALNCo to monitor progress.
• Supporting learning across the school in class and through interventions.
• Assisting with planning and preparing resources for wellbeing sessions.
• Providing classroom support or emergency cover when required.
• Promoting inclusivity and participating in anti-racist initiatives.
• Communicating with pupils, colleagues, and families; taking part in events.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering targeted wellbeing interventions to support emotional literacy and resilience among pupils
• Working with pupils individually and in small groups to promote emotional and social development
• Tracking and analysing pupil data, in collaboration with the ALNCo, to monitor progress and inform support strategies
• Supporting children's learning across the school, both in class and through intervention work
• Assisting with planning and preparing resources for wellbeing and intervention sessions
• Providing classroom support or emergency cover when required

Requirements & Qualifications

• A relevant qualification such as NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent, or previous experience working in a school or similar setting
