Academics Ltd is seeking a reliable Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a school in Ashford, England, to support pupils across KS1 and KS2. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, with an ASAP start.

You will work with pupils with a range of needs, including those who display challenging behaviour. A Level 3 TA qualification, safeguarding knowledge, and a current DBS (or willingness to apply) are essential. A driving licence is preferred.

Formación

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification required.
• Previous experience working within a school.
• SEN experience would be an advantage.
• Confidence managing challenging behaviour in a calm and consistent way.
• Good understanding of safeguarding procedures and school policies.
• Current DBS, or willingness to apply for a new one.
• Driving licence is preferred.
• Flexible approach to supporting pupils across different year groups.
