Qualifications

• Level 3 TA qualification or equivalent.
• Experience supporting children with SEND, particularly autism and complex needs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
• Patient, caring and proactive approach.
• A genuine passion for helping young people achieve their potential.

Responsibilities

• Support secondary-aged students with autism and complex needs inside and outside the classroom.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver high-quality support and promote engagement, independence and progress.
• Support behaviour management and communication needs as part of a student-centred approach.
