Teaching Personnel is hiring a Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant for a full-time 1:1 support role at a welcoming primary school in Firswood, Manchester, starting September 2026. You will work closely with the teacher, SENDCo and family to implement tailored strategies and promote inclusion.
The successful candidate will have a Level 3 TA qualification and prior experience supporting children with SEN, including ASC, ADHD, Speech and Language needs or SEMH.

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Firswood from September. This full-time position involves providing 1:1 support for a pupil with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them access learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential both academically and socially.

As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a pupil who requires additional support throughout the school day. You will play a key role in adapting learning activities, encouraging independence, and creating a nurturing environment where the child can flourish.
Working alongside the class teacher, SENCO, external professionals and parents, you will help implement tailored strategies that support both educational progress and personal development.
