Teaching Personnel is recruiting Level 3+ Teaching Assistants for mainstream primary schools with a focus on SEN to start September 2026.

Teaching Personnel is recruiting enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistants with Level 3 qualifications or above to work within mainstream primary schools from September 2026. These roles offer the opportunity to support pupils across the classroom while taking on additional responsibility for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Working alongside experienced class teachers and SENDCOs, you will play a key role in delivering targeted interventions, providing 1:1 support where required, and adapting learning to ensure every child can reach their full potential. These positions are ideal for Teaching Assistants looking to further develop their classroom experience while gaining greater responsibility within a supportive school environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
