Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a private day nursery in Middlesbrough. This long-term role offers an immediate start and the chance to progress to permanent employment for the right candidate.

You will work alongside an experienced team to create a warm, engaging learning environment, supporting children through their Early Years journey with plans and activities that promote communication, independence and confidence.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with young children in an Early Years setting.
• A genuine passion for helping children learn, develop and have fun.
• A warm, caring and positive personality.
• Plenty of enthusiasm, creativity and energy.
• A flexible, proactive and 'can-do' attitude.
• The ability to work confidently as part of a team.

TeacherActive has an exciting opportunity for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly private day nursery in Middlesbrough.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and knows how rewarding those little moments can be - from encouraging communication and growing independence to seeing children’s confidence develop through play and exploration.

You’ll work alongside an experienced nursery team to provide engaging activities and a warm, positive environment where children are encouraged to explore, learn and thrive.

You’ll support children throughout their Early Years journey while working collaboratively with the wider nursery team.

This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right Early Years Practitioner.

What will you be doing?

You’ll work closely with an experienced nursery team to create a safe, happy and stimulating environment where children can learn, explore and thrive.
