Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a recently opened nursery in Wolverhampton. This role offers £29,300 per year, a 40-hour week, and all-year-round employment in a warm, stimulating early years setting.

You will deliver high-quality EYFS care, plan activities, build relationships with children and families, and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• Solid understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A nurturing, child-centred approach to childcare.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and participate in activities that support children's learning and development.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Observe, assess and monitor children's progress.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Support children's emotional, social, physical and cognitive development.
• Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery.
• Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times.
