TeacherActive is recruiting a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly nursery setting. You will support children's learning through play, build strong relationships with children, parents and staff, and help monitor development while adhering to safeguarding and EYFS guidelines.

The role offers a supportive team, opportunities for CPD, and flexible working options with a dedicated consultant available to assist you throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years is required.
• Prior experience in a nursery or early years setting is preferred.
• Caring, patient and enthusiastic approach is essential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Genuine passion for supporting children's development.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning through play and planned activities.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and staff.
• Observe, monitor and record children's development.
• Assist with daily routines and personal care where required.
• Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed.
