Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Experience working with children under 5.

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms to support learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: deliver EYFS-aligned activities to support development.
• Key Person Role: monitor children’s progress and maintain family connections.
