Busy Bees is seeking an Early Years Educator to support the intellectual, social and emotional development of children at Busy Bees. You will contribute to our Bee Curious curriculum and work within a supportive environment that promotes professional growth.

The role involves planning activities aligned with the EYFS, building strong relationships with families as a Key Person, and ensuring a safe, engaging learning space for children.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5.
• Strong communication, organisation and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: plan and deliver activities aligned with EYFS to support development.
• Key Person Role: oversee children's development, care needs, and family connections.
