Qualifications

• Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years Education (EYFS).
• Proven experience working with children under 5 and genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Good communication, strong organisational skills, and ability to plan and deliver activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms for growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: plan and deliver activities supporting physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development per EYFS.
• Key Person Role: oversee children's development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
